Halotherapy, also known as dry salt therapy, is a natural, holistic treatment that involves inhaling micro-particles of pure sodium chloride in a controlled environment. This practice, inspired by the healing properties of natural salt caves, helps support respiratory health, improve skin conditions, and promote overall well-being.
Each session lasts 45 minutes. We ask that you arrive promptly to your scheduled time. There are comfortable chairs to relax as well as a play area for kids. We have shoe covers provided or socks can be worn. Our halotherapy room can accommodate up to 6 people.
